Firstly the S0 Stage is the pre-production stage combining market research with market intelligence, enabling us to help clients pinpoint the product concept, and help them to understand quickly the product’s quirks and characteristics, superior qualities, and its potential competitive force in the market. This is continued by stages S1 to S4 which are product business planning, system design, quality control, and testing respectively. Following strict quality control confirmation, the product will migrate to the S5 stage of volume production. Unlike conventional OEM service, our UEMS service never stops at volume production – rather it continues as we co-operate with the client into Stage S6, the product life cycle appraisal. At this stage we communicate intensively to with clients in understanding the changes in the manufacturing process, and at a suitable time when market conditions dictate, submit our highly tailored production modification proposals. We expect to become an integral part of the client’s business, and to assist clients to extend their product value chain, to achieve the effect of the biggest economies of scale.
