S2 Stage

Electronics circuit design
BOM (Acquisition of raw
materials)
Cost analysis
In S2 stage,we will use the data agreed with the client from the results of S1 Stage, and produce a first draft of the planned Bill of Materials (BOM), circuit diagrams and Machine Diagrams . In addition, we will plan the product specification, evaluate the development schedule and produce a sample. At this stage, the client can gain a complete understanding of every aspect of every production process, and can discuss or suggest ideas to improve the product.

Electronics circuit design
In accordance with client requirements, and after discussion between the client and Research and Development (R&D), we will draw up an electronic circuit diagram as a blue print for the manufacturing process.

BOM (Acquisition of raw materials)
At this stage, in accordance with the product planning document we initiate all procurement requirements and notify the client the current status of material preparation. We also forecast future product requirements a few years ahead, in order to avoid client difficulties with supplemental production.Throughout this stage the product manager and procurement manager will analyze the best production solution in terms of price of raw materials, lead time and storage costs, and make their best recommendation. In addition, we have standards in controlling 6 categories of hazardous materials for electrical and electronic equipment(such as Mercury,Cadmiumsulfide,Asbestos)in accordance with European Parliament.
Then our engineering department will define and search for substitutes for irreplaceable components and check that the most suitable ones are being used. Moreover, we make use of effective procurement channels to offer the most mostmmost reasonable, leading materials to our client. Our goal is to offer our customer the best quality with the lowest production price, to allow the client to shave their costs to the bone.

Cost analysis
Cost analysis will report the cost issues to the client effectively, where they can use this analysis to re-modify their production or simply as a reference point.
