At S1 Stage, we will reorganize the requirements as discussed with the client in S0 Stage, and formulate it into a first draft product plan. In this product plan, we will define the specification of the product and assign related personnel to join the project. During this stage, key staff will be assigned to design and plan the product as a team effort. Clients will be able to understand clearly the situation regarding allocation and application of resources and discuss all aspects of production and modification with the Product Manager and R&D directly.

Product plan
Throughout the S1 Stage, the project manager will collect product demand information from the client and account sales and offer the the first draft product plan. During this stage, we run the client requirements past dedicated managers who then transmit them to every department relevant to the project such as the production line staff, procurement staff and so on. This aids the client in ensuring that volume production is achieved at the lowest use of resources per unit whilst at the highest quality possible, and appears on the market on time and on budget.
Time and cost savings aside, during this stage we use revolutionary thinking effectively to drive out design defects and accelerate the design cycle by eliminating superfluous processes or items that cause waste.The result is increased product quality and potential, and reduced lead times.
This initial precursory stage can save unnecessary output and reinforce the effectiveness of production, ensuring the quality of our client product whilst cutting costs to the client.

| In this stage, we will prepare some documentation necessary for agreement and planning purposes. First of all, based on the client 's requirements, we will provide a product specification document in which we target and clarify every component necessary for this product plan. Second, we will prepare a testing planning report jointly with R&D and DQA (Design Quality Assurance) |
| personnel together to ensure that a seamless production flow from one phase to the next and ensure the specification and yield rate fulfills the client 's needs. In addition, we will pay close attention to the development schedule, to allow the client to understand the entire process during the production period, and to keep the process under surveillance effectively. |
