C.E.O. 郭博達 Teddy Kuo
  Teddy received his bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from National Taiwan Ocean University. Before he established ICP, Teddy worked as a test engineer in Texas Instruments, Taiwan. After his 10 years of being an employee, he established ICP Electronics Inc in 1997, the top leading IPC and EMS services company in Taiwan. During his 9 years’ of pioneering works at ICP Electronics, Teddy has made many technical achievements including developing PIAGP series SBC and LCD product series…, he also leads an elite group of professionals to expand his business from the field of industrial PC to the UEMS(Unique Electronics Manufacturing Service) services. His company awarded as ”one of the Fast 500 company” by Deloitte & Touche in 2003

General Manager 江重良 Jordan Jiang
  Dr. Jiang received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tatung University, Taiwan. He went to the USA for advance education 19 years ago, received a master's degree in industrial engineering from University of Texas and a Ph.D also in industrial engineering from Arizona State University .In addition, Jiang is a Certified Professional of Inventory Management (CPIM).Prior to joining ICP, Dr. Jiang served as the General Manager of Solectron Taiwan. During his 14-years career at Solectron, Dr. Jiang had been in the positions of quality control engineer, process engineer, senior manufacturing engineer, SMT manager, division manager, manufacturing director and finally as the general manager of Solectron Taiwan.
